Lost & Found

London International Airport Lost & Found is in the Customer Service Office which is located to the right of the security screening area for departures. (Look for the "Customer Service" sign.)

Items found in the airport terminal, curbside areas, or parking lots are stored securely for 90 days before disposition. If you lost something in the last 90 days, please contact us to inquire whether we have your item. 

We do not take custody of items lost on board aircraft, in taxis or rental cars. For items lost onboard an aircraft, please contact your airline. For items lost in a taxi or rental car, please call or email the company directly.

How Are Found Items Claimed and Returned?

We will secure all found items and make every effort to research and locate potential owners. You may arrange for the return of items by:

On-site pickup: If you properly identify items, you may pick them up during normal business hours. 
We require a picture ID at the time of pick up. Representatives of the owners may pick up items with proper identification and verified permission of owners.

Out of town: You can arrange for a courier to pick up your items. Please use our mailing address for the pickup address. Shipping the item back to you is at your cost. We will happily package it in preparation for courier pick up.
